The Agentic AI Library (the “Site”, at agenticlibrary.net) is an open-source curated knowledge base operated by Georgi Naydenov. The Site has no advertising and does not use behavioural profiling. Optional Vercel Web Analytics is disabled until a visitor explicitly allows it.
Georgi Naydenov is the controller for personal data processed through this Site. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact the operator through the contact form on the About page or through LinkedIn.
Optional analytics is processed only on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may refuse it or withdraw that consent at any time without affecting access to the Site.
Contact messages and suggestions are processed on the operator’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in responding to correspondence, reviewing voluntarily submitted contributions and preventing abuse. Where a message asks for steps before an arrangement with the operator, Article 6(1)(b) may also apply. Providing form information is voluntary, but a response or review cannot be provided without the requested information.
If you choose Allow analytics, the Site loads Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. Vercel reports pages visited, referrers, approximate country, browser, operating system and device type. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not tie records to an individual or IP address, and identifies a visitor using a request-derived hash that resets daily.
Analytics is not loaded when you choose Decline. Your analytics preference is stored in localStorage so the Site can respect your choice. You can change or withdraw it at any time using Analytics settings in the footer; withdrawal prevents future analytics events from being sent.
The Site also stores a theme preference in localStorage. Those preference values are used only to provide the requested interface settings, not to identify or track visitors.
The Site uses Vercelfor hosting, which handles normal request and security information needed to deliver the Site, and, only after analytics consent, Web Analytics. Contact messages and suggestions are stored using the Site’s database hosting provider so that enquiries can be answered and submitted contributions can be reviewed.
Service providers acting for the Site process data only for the purposes stated above. Some processing may occur outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards made available by the relevant provider. The Site does not disclose form data to advertisers or analytics tools.
Suggestion content and contact details are retained while the contribution is reviewed and afterwards where needed for attribution or follow-up. You may request removal of your contact information from a submission. The IP-derived anti-abuse hash is cleared once it is outside its one-hour rate-limit window during subsequent suggestion processing, with a daily scheduled cleanup as a backstop.
Contact messages in the Site database are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Your analytics choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Vercel controls retention of consented aggregate analytics under the applicable service configuration and policy.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, request restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request portability where applicable, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact the controller using the details above to exercise those rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), the Bulgarian supervisory authority, at cpdp.bg.
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly solicit their personal data. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
