An SDK is a collection of tools, libraries, and documentation that helps developers build or extend AI applications. It provides everything needed to integrate with APIs, build custom features, or embed AI into enterprise workflows.
Anthropic Python SDK and TypeScript SDK are official clients for the Claude API.
OpenAI Python SDK, Google Gen AI SDK, and AWS Bedrock SDK are the dominant LLM SDKs.
LangChain and LlamaIndex provide higher-level Python and JavaScript SDKs across multiple LLM providers.
